B3B Studios LLC ("B3B Studios", "we", "us", "our") operates the b3bstudios.com website and publishes mobile and desktop games under the B3B Studios name. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Email address and message contents, if you contact us at any of our support or press addresses.

Information collected automatically — in our games:

Our games have no accounts, no sign-in, and no B3B Studios servers. Game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device, and we never receive them. Our games include no analytics, crash-reporting, or telemetry SDKs, so we receive no usage data, diagnostics, or information about how you play.

A few platform features can involve data leaving your device. None of them sends anything to a B3B Studios server:

• In-app purchases are processed entirely by the platform store (Apple, Google, or Steam). We receive only confirmation that a purchase was made, so the game can unlock the content you bought — we never see your name, payment-card details, or billing address.
• Advertising, in games that show ads — see the Advertising section below for exactly what is and isn't processed.
• Leaderboards, in games that offer them, run on Apple's Game Center — see the Leaderboards & Game Center section below. Scores are shared with Apple, not with us.

Information collected automatically — on our website:

Our website host (Cloudflare Pages) records standard server-access information — including IP address, user-agent string, and request timestamps — solely to operate, secure, and debug the site. We do not run any analytics, advertising, retargeting, or fingerprinting scripts on the website, and we set no cookies.

We do not collect precise location data, contacts, photos, biometric data, government IDs, or any other sensitive personal information. We do not build advertising profiles about you, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

How We Use Your Information

• To operate, secure, and debug our website
• To deliver and restore in-app purchases you have made
• To serve and cap advertising in games that show ads
• To submit your scores and show rankings, in games that offer leaderboards
• To comply with legal obligations

Advertising

Some of our games may display advertising, served by Google AdMob. Where ads are shown, they are configured as non-personalized: they are selected from general context — such as the app itself and coarse location — rather than from your interests, your behavior, or any profile of you.

We do not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. On iOS we never present the App Tracking Transparency prompt, and we do not access your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking purposes. To serve an ad, limit how often you see it, measure delivery, and prevent fraud, Google may process limited technical data such as device type, coarse (non-precise) location inferred from IP address, and an ad identifier. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Where the law requires consent before ads are served — including in the EEA and the UK — we present Google's consent form first, and your choice is recorded there. Buying a game's Pro upgrade removes that game's interstitial ads.

Leaderboards & Game Center

Some of our games offer online leaderboards through Apple's Game Center. Leaderboards work only if you are signed in to Game Center — an Apple account feature you control in your device settings. If you are not signed in, no leaderboard data is sent and the rest of the game is unaffected.

When you are signed in and record a score, your device sends that score to Apple's Game Center, where Apple ranks it under your Game Center player identity. To display a leaderboard, your device may retrieve other players' public Game Center aliases and scores from Apple. This exchange is between your device and Apple: B3B Studios does not receive your Game Center account, your Apple ID, or your real name, and we store no leaderboard data on any server of ours — we have none. Apple's handling of Game Center data is governed by Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

You can turn Game Center off, or reset or remove your leaderboard entries, at any time in your device settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. The service providers we rely on are Cloudflare (to host and secure b3bstudios.com), Google Workspace (to receive and respond to email at our published addresses), Google AdMob (to serve non-personalized advertising in games that show ads), Apple Game Center (to operate leaderboards in games that offer them), and the platform stores that process in-app purchases (Apple, Google, Steam). Each is bound by its own data-processing terms. We do not use analytics, retargeting, or marketing-email providers.

Data Storage & Security

Game progress is stored locally on your device and not transmitted to us. Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to respond and for our records. We use industry-standard security measures — including TLS encryption in transit and access controls — to protect the data we do hold.

Data Retention

Email correspondence is retained for up to 24 months after our last reply, then deleted unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons. Standard web-host server-access logs are retained by Cloudflare for up to 30 days per their service defaults. Game-stored data on your device is retained for as long as the game is installed and can be removed by uninstalling the game or clearing app data on your device.

Cookies

Our website does not set cookies and does not use third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting. No cookie banner is required because no consentable tracking technology is in use.

Children's Privacy

Our games are not directed to children under 13 for purposes of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our games have no accounts and no sign-in, so there is no mechanism for a player to give us personal information inside a game. Where our games display advertising, it is non-personalized and is not used to build a profile of any user. Where our games offer Game Center leaderboards, they operate through Apple's Game Center under the Apple-account and parental controls on the device, which are managed by Apple, not by us. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through any contact channel, please email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law — the advertising in our games is non-personalized. We have not done either in the preceding 12 months. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Other U.S. State Residents

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and other U.S. states with comprehensive consumer-privacy laws have rights comparable to those described above (including rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising or sale of personal data). We do not sell personal data, and we do not engage in targeted advertising as that term is defined in these laws — advertising in our games is non-personalized and is not based on your activity across other businesses' sites or apps. EU / UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

B3B Studios LLC is the data controller for the limited personal information we receive. Our lawful bases for processing under Article 6 of the GDPR are (i) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our website and games, (ii) performance of a contract, where you make an in-app purchase, and (iii) your consent — where you choose to contact us, and where advertising is served to you after you have given consent through the form described in the Advertising section. Where you have consented, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. International Transfers

B3B Studios is based in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., information you send us (e.g., the contents of email correspondence) will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for transfers of personal data from the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with cross-border transfer requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
